Mice Problems

Mice problems
A mouse can turn into mice very quickly, they reproduce at very speedy rate, they are wonderful climbers and can squeeze through the smallest of holes. Happy when there is food, warmth and shelter to build a nest. They are very adaptable to their surroundings.

They can climb walls, squeeze through very small gaps, they can jump pretty high, they don’t have great eyesight but their sense of smell and hearing is very good, they are extremely active, they can visit many locations of a night in search for food sources. They are also carriers of diseases. They are also considered a fire hazard as they can gnaw through wires with ease.

You need to block any entry points. Time to check for any holes/gaps on the outside of your property. They can fit through holes the size of a pencil so it is really important to be thorough in your checking of the property. Things like un-bagged food rubbish can be attractive to mice so it is good practice to always check lids are firmly on bins! Cleaning under the fridge and cooker is a good idea to remove any crumbs. It is good practice to keep your garden tidy and clear of clutter to avoid any nesting potentials.
